TightSeal Exteriors & Baths recently performed a vinyl window replacement in Richfield, WI. The old rotted windows were leaky, drafty, and not energy efficient. the old windows allowed for outside weather to easily leak into their home and create condensation which could’ve lead to a mold build up in their home. The old windows were also hard to open and close, as the dirt build up prevented smooth open and closing. Dirt builds up in older windows as when said window starts to weather outside conditions can seep into the cracks of the window and create plaque and dirt.
Luckily, the decision was made to call Milwaukee County’s premier window installers at TightSeal Exteriors & Baths, and we came in and installed nine foam filled, Polaris vinyl window. To compliment the triple-pane glass, we replaced the interior and exterior trim with Vintage Pecan for the inside and white for the exterior. The happy couple’s new windows are now are easy to open, energy efficient and come with a lifetime warranty for the frame, hardware, glass, seal and exterior.
As always, our team worked efficiently, courteously and performed a spotless cleanup. Utilizing our quality-assured, American Made products we replaced the windows, and any worries about energy loss, seal failure, condensation or aesthetic were gone!
