Hunger Task Force believes that every person should have access to food without losing any part of their dignity, which is why they make it their job to make sure people who are in need get fed. According to Feeding America, 35 million people in the United States reported to have struggled with hunger in 2019. Another staggering 14.3 million American households reported being limited with their access to enough food in 2018.
For the month of December, our team at TightSeal offered our customers a simple discount in return for 10 canned goods. We promised to donate another $5 for each consultation, whether they purchased or not. We were able to collect a number of food donations as well as make a cash donation on behalf of our customers. Thank you for helping us support our local community and feed hungry families! Also a big thank you to the Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee for all that they do.
